I am a latecomer to loving blue cheese dressing. It is most delicious. I've of course modified a
recipe I found online. Here are my ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4-1/2 cup of milk based on preferred thickness
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 8 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Mix all but milk together. Add milk a bit at a time to get desired thickness. Store in mason jar for up to a week.
