Cream Cheese Pound Cake



Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup · Butter -- softened (can also use 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1 cup butter)
  • 1 package · Cream cheese -- softened
  • 3 cups · Sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons · Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups · All-purpose flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon · Salt
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 325
Cream butter and sugar
Add salt, vanilla and almond extract, and mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in flour, just enough to incorporate.
Spoon into a greased tube pan or bundt pan
Bake in for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool for 15-20 minutes, then invert cake onto a serving dish, and remove the tube pan. If you wait too long, it will stick.
