My hubby loves fresh salsa, so when I found this recipe on Pintrest, it was a must-try. This first attempt was pretty good, but one thing to know is to drain the tomatoes well before mixing. I didn't drain the Rotel, and it is a bit runny. I also did not use jalapeƱos, as I am a bit of a weenie when it comes to hot stuff. I used about one-fourth of a medium onion, but everything else is the same as the recipe. Happy noms!
