4 oz jar pimentos
3/4 cup of light or homemade mayo
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4-1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 jar of capers
8 oz reduced fat mild cheddar cheese
8 oz reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
Mix everything except the cheese. Then stir in cheese slowly. Refrigerate before serving.
