Clean Eating Potato Soup

1 bag southern frozen hash browns (cubed)
2 cups milk
3 cups homemade cream of chicken soup mix
1-1/2 cups grated *white cheddar cheese
Bacon and other shredded natural cheese to top

Make chicken soup and then put all ingredients in a crockpot. I put my potatoes in frozen and it cooked within 4 hours. I seem to have a fast crockpot though so watch closely. 
*I use white cheddar because it does not have added color like regular cheddar.
