Reese's Cup stuffed Cupcakes with Almond Butter Icing

O.M.G. These were delicious. I bought a cupcake surprise tin that lets you insert treats into your cupcakes, so I decided to give it it's first try with Reese's Cups. The icing is made with almond butter rather than peanut butter a) because it is better for you - low sodium and all the health benefits of almonds and b) it was all I had. I mixed using the icing in this recipe as a guide, but had to sub French Vanilla creamer for heavy cream - which added to the sweetness. They were a little dry coming out of the piping bag, but they tasted moist and amazing.
