Potato Soup

This soup, once cheese was sprinkled on top, tasted almost like Chili's Loaded Potato Soup (which I adore). The difference? Low fat ingredients, and I incorporated my own cream of cream soup to replace the cream of chicken soup in this recipe. I stuck with low-fat cream of celery from a can though because I haven't braved that one yet.
